Our Company may contact you via e-mail, if deemed appropriate, for reasons relating to informing you about your land’s evaluation, responding to potential requests on your side, and generally handling any complaints and clarifications.

 

Improving our provided services

Your personal data are used in order to help us to configure our on-line database in which both the pieces of land and the strictly necessary contact details of the landowners are registered.

 

Compliance with our legal obligations

For example, we collect the necessary information in order to be able to comply with our tax and other relevant obligations.

What are the legal reasons for processing your personal data?

We process the personal data you provide, such as your contact data (full name, address, e-mail, telephone/mobile phone number), as well as your property items, only on legal grounds, which are the following:

  • The evaluation of your pieces of land.
  • Creating our database
  • Your lands’ promotion through our database to the interested Users-Investors so that they can communicate with you.
  • Our legitimate interest. In specific cases, we collect your personal data, if reasonably deemed appropriate for our company’s operation provided that the aforementioned collection does not affect essentially on your rights, your freedom or your interests.
  • Our obligations stemming from the law, such as tax law.

Data we collect:

We collect your personal data that you fill in the registration form as Users. In particular, we collect your contact details (full name, address, e-mail, telephone/mobile number) as well as details concerning your property items. Additionally, your data details are collected in case of your communication with our company.

Who are the recipients of your data?

Our company shares your data only with the strictly relevant employees of our company as well as with third specialized real estate appraisers or providers of the on-line services used by our Company, who have signed a confidentiality agreement. Moreover, the Users – Investors can have access to our database where the evaluated pieces of land have already been collected. A confidentiality agreement between our company and Users-Investors should be signed. It is prohibited for any third party to have access to the content of our database, either as a whole or in individual elements.

How long are your data stored for?

Your personal data are stored as long as you are registered in our website. For the statistical purposes of our Company, your personal data are preserved until you withdraw your consent, whenever you decide to do so, even after your de-registration. Withdrawal of your consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing, which was founded on your consent prior to its withdrawal.

When processing is required by the provisions of the current legal framework, your personal data shall be stored for as long as stipulated by the relevant provisions.

What are your rights in relation to your personal data?

Natural persons, in their capacity as data subjects, have the following rights:

 

Right to access: you have the right to confirm the processing of your personal data and receive additional information in relation to their processing.

 

Right to rectification: you have the right to correct inaccurate personal data about you.

 

Right to erasure: you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data when, for example, the processing is based on your consent, which you withdraw and thus no other legal basis for processing exists. In other cases, for example, when processing is necessary for the documentation, exercise or support of legal claims, for carrying out our contract, or mandatory for reasons of compliance with our legal obligations, your relevant right may be subject, under specific conditions, to restrictions or even inapplicable, depending on the situation.
